Ask me to hold
The world in my hand
Ask me to grow old
Waiting to see you again
Ask me to stitch
Wounds so deep
Blood all lost
To the floor it seeps
Ask me to fight
Your burdened mind
Hold everything tight
That I could find
Ask me to stand
That I may lose
Never hold your hand
So bad I want to
Ask me to do
The things you won't
Ask me to choose
When you don't
I would do anything it's true
But never ask me to give up on you
