The world stays gray
Leaning towards the light, you say
In silence, your words convey
In mind, body, and soul, you lead the way

The world changes hue, your colors still stay
From gray to yellow, the colors display
In sadness, doubt, and fear, you relay
Guiding us, you show us ideas and portray

here you lay, your body then stays
Your guidance lightens our burdens and makes way
Our future, our past, as a role model you display
Don't lead us astray, for we need your statements today
