I miss you now, more than ever
Now I'm back in my stormy weather
You've been snatched away by a controlling hand
The fairest lady's been locked away from the land
All I wonder is why him and not me
I'm not hiding behind some deep seeded insecuritie
There's nothing there if you don't have trust
Just an empty ship waiting to rust
I skipped off work tonight because I missed your voice
Now I can't talk to you because you don't have a choice
Don't think I'll stop writing you because he's in the way
You will alway get a poem every single day
