Parent's love
The love I receive from them
Is a very big blanket
It would protect me sometimes
But other times it’s a net
The cheerfulness they show I believe
Might be the reason why I live
Like a toy car that run miles
They never fail to make me smile
Their voices as melodic as a piano
Help me be at ease
But every time they hear me sing,
They sing with me and lift up my face
Their holiness I can say
Is a bible that makes up my day.
When I argue with them,
I try to understand
And just give my very best.
