First Letter

Each day we wake up at seven
And at the end at least six of us are in heaven
It’s one of the worst things I’ve seen
I don’t know about you but these Germans are mean

Once we played a game of football
While we played there were six German solders standing on the Berlin wall
They only had limited firepower
But took out twelve of us, only a few of us made it back to the look out tower

Apparently the war could be over at the end of the week
Five countries have already surrendered
Just Japan
The UK and US are coming up with a plan

Second Letter

Good news honey
While we searched for ******
We came across his stash of money

Also Japan have given up
So we have won the war
So see you in a few days baby

(Knock at the door)

Mrs. Shovels, I’m sorry to say but your husband has been killed
A German bomb killed his unit
The blast was so quick I don’t think he would have felt it
Once again I am ever so sorry
Another old piece here, I tried something new with this one.
