Every now and then,
I yearn for your longing.
It's like the world is not turning,
and I can smell the fire burning.

I remember your cold touch in mornings.
Here in my empty sheets,
it comes without any warnings.

Ever so often, I can feel your eyes around me.
Images of you in my head living rent free,
sooner or later I'm overflowing with glee.

I watched you enter my life.
You were someone, somewhere on a different drive.
I remembered that I can't wait for it to be five,
because I'll see you soon then when I dive.
