A little pat on the back
A caring smile to cheer
Few gentle words of love
Is all I crave to hear

After a tiring day at work
When I struggle to cope
Petite errands , the petty tasks
Concerns and your aid my only hope

Beaten with race I run alone
The stress I would have met
Through this journey of everyday
Wounds of dejection I may get
