The dragon in the dark
A long time past yet once a spark
Demons dwelling to feed on the lost
Prowling , jumping or startling at all cost
Lest they forget their place
Or the foe they have yet to face

The soul with a dragon on one shoulder
Dim and wild yet grown older
From what has been told
Darkness is yet to be fond of the bold
With it comes passion and fire
To radiate a path for all to aspire

The darkness bothered and fleeing
Wary of the flames and stance of this being
Never ending shadows
brought alive by a light
The grandest vow
For the spur to the fight
The dragon in the dark
For an ever burning desire to break our barriers in life whatever they may be
