My son is my rock and my daughter is the sky.
He holds me tight when I'm weak and she lets me breathe
He protects our home and she fills it with light
He gets angry and she cries
His presence is sturdy and she glows like the sun.
He keeps me safe and she keeps me young.
He will stay by my side and she will say goodbye.
My son is my rock and my daughter is the sky.
Briefly blessed to be a mother
