Jan 2023
a distorted facsimile,
falling in a kaleidoscope
of broken colors.
Double vision,

jagged edges.
A collision of
bleeding lovers.
Shattered

You picked her up
and scattered
her pieces,
like droppings

from the gulls
on the beaches. You can't
see her the same again.
You can't fix what is broken.
