Once was stuck in the land of sorry.
Sorry for nothing.
Good for the world.
Good for self.
Sorry is done.
The wedge removed.

In strength life is lived.
In rhetoric it's bled.
Who are you they say.
Answered strong and firm.
I am the force you can depend on.

In friendships.
I'm honoured.
By one or two.
They are special to me.
Only have few.
Don't like people much.
They are torturous and cruel.
If I could fix the world.
I would.
I can't.
I can only wish.
Kiss and tell

The wounded world wails.
Hiding behind another's veils.
A tragedy in desolation.
Weeping sorrow.
The bodies mount.
Watch the count amass,
It increases by the second.
Mass slaughter.

It's only megalomaniacs having fun.
Who's going to be sorry now?
Any pricking consciences in the powers that be?
Doubt it immensely,
Changing the situation.
Not down to me.
I would if I could!
