During the summer months it is even more imperative to hydrate your body.

Many chemical interactions within your body rely on the body being properly hydrated as well as the function of your brain.

The solution that could be implemented is a small cool bag. Wherever I am going I always have this in the car. If you are going somewhere that there is access to food shops, coffee shops etc…..you can still access these. That is a choice or you could be going to eat out. However, forward thinking in terms of maintaining the healthy function of your body and internal organs is paramount.

Small healthy snacks are also very important.

Examples;
      
A small bag that is insulated.
A cool pack that has been in the freezer. There are some very slimline ones available to buy and different shapes and sizes.
Bottled water or Coconut water or whatever drink that you like e.g. fruit smoothie etc….
Healthy snacks.
Some kind of fruit or vegetables.
Dried crackers.

Wherever you are you will always have access to a supply of things to aid your brain function and the function of your body.
