May 2022
The sky is now grey
And leaking gently
Wallowing, in the wetness
Abiding
In an hollow abode
Emerald dreams
That carry the mother load
A preemptive silence
On the eve
Of another day
Where the friendly frolicking folk
Of a myriad hoard
Will gather
On this second day
Of May
