I woke up
Realised i was still alive
So what next?
Went to the bathroom
And tried to converse
With a spider
Trapped within the bath
Clambering unsuccessfully
to escape it's confines
So i think it was to pre-occupied to respond
Left a towel overhanging
Looked out of the window
And saw that this part of the planet
Was still there
Although
If my window
Looked over elsewhere
Then my view
May not be through a glass window
As that may be lying at my feet
Or blowing up
Into my face
As a grim reality
Sets in
That i'm in a different place
No bombs
Just bombshells
As i live
In a different kind of hell
