I was standing there, beside you
with a huge gap of silence in between us
and it seemed like it would take ages to reach you
creeping
                walking
                               running
                                                flying
                                                            through that silence
..............................................................................................
There were no questions....................................................
..............................................but answers were sought for
.............................................................................................

And you were so far away
You couldn't hear my loudest of silence
the face of desperation I wore
the smile of frustration I decorated as improper blithe

My questions almost inaudible
But the answers were sought for
...................................................................................
I answered myself of what you would have said
...on my head, if you have heard me "...I can't"

you turned to me with a faint smile
you turned other way, may be tears were on your eyes
you still on a far distance of silence
the answer of your part still unanswered
