The clothes on the table
Each one carries a fable
Tinkers memories from the cradle
Worn themselves thin like a candle

Associated with events memorable
Tailored  for a family wedding
Gifted by a friend with bonding
From a loved one with longing

Torn and worn
Still part of our wardrobe
Not mere Pieces of cloth
Stitching together all our thoughts

Preserve them forever
Wanting the thoughts to linger
Gateway to an ocean of nostalgia
Our collection of Sartorial memoribillia
