at progress and, goals
Self employed permanent,
long term staff,
check everything is on track to last
Six monthly reviews,
twice a year you can't lose
Contact directly one to one with staff,
is well-being in the water glass

Check on the potential brew,
knowledge training too
Interact with your team,
for the benefit of all of you
