Her in me.
How can I feel like I’m in love
When to you I’m simply no one?
Falling this hard couldn’t ever be pretty
Begging for crumbs of presence is a pity
I’ll be perfectly fine by myself
Politely pretending all is well
Cause I’d never be able to tell
The feelings I hid and felt
Not then, ever and especially now
Especially when you’re arm’s around
An effortless charming and kind beauty
I wish you could have seen her in me
