Lord, I give you as my gift,

Others' lives help me uplift.      

You know the best I can live,
Give me strength to live that way.
Help me live your way, not mine,
And I will find life okay.

Lord, the best that I can be,
This way, Lord, help me to live.
Help me Lord, touch others' hearts,
Hope to them, Lord, help me give.

Help me respect human life,
During all of life's ages,
First starting with conception,
And all following stages.

To show us how to live, Lord,
Just like us you came to earth.
After our lives in the womb,        
It is then we took on birth.
