Dec 2021
I glance out of my window
I see the raindrops
Little globules
Like trickling tears
I am sad
As i cannot now do
What i was hoping to do
The wet, and windy weather
Now imprisons me
The cheerless cold
Rain has stopped play
I shall not create
Any automatons today
No art, or comfortable company
A treasured moment
Cut short
The raindrops
Still trickle down
Without malice
I shall instead
Venture down
Another rabbit hole
Like Alice
