Fatal Deception
Is it today?
After Snow
After Rain
After waiting for the brave
Is it today?
Is it today?
As her life slowly bleeds,
All she can see is the trees,
Is it today?
Is it today?
With a frame of porcelain,
Frail and hungry,
Her dress too thin,
Is it today?
Is it today?
When the moon shines overhead,
And she nests in her torn bed,
Is it today?
Is it today?
Against the quiet of the world,
She recalls the words once said,
βLittle Princess, wait and see.
For your hero will save thee.β
I used this for my university portfolio, first year.
