I think of you ‘round the clock,
hoping that maybe doing so will
bring you back,

but I don’t want you back
the way that you are now,
I want you back the way that
you were when you loved me,

when we were soul mates,
the kind that knew we’d always
have each other, when other
lovers would come and go

everyone tells me to
let you go, too but then
you call, that spark comes
back and I’m tied to you again.

- S.G.
you will always be my best friend, because I don't know how to get away.
