My heart bleeds,
and beats to the rhythm,
of the flow of my mind,
trapped in love's lost prison.

Fingers feeling numb,
hands and legs are weak.
Lost looking for the love,
I so dearly seek.

When I'm near you,
I melt,
down to my skeleton.
When I'm with you,
I feel,
the goosebumps on my skin.

I know I'm insane,
but take this to the grave,
I love you.

Peel back my skin,
to see the pain within.
Kiss my sores and wounds,
and say everything will be okay.

Don't let my heart burst,
stay with me,
for better or for worst,
through sickness and the rest of the ******* I carry.

When I'm holding you,
I cry,
because I know I am not worthy.
When you run,
I smile,
because I know you will hurt me.

And I know I'm insane,
but take this to the grave,
I love you.
