When I find life burdensome,
And real difficult to live,
Lord, then brighten up my life,
Joys then in my life please give.

During life's darkest moments,
Brilliant light from your heart shine;
Lord, have your heart shine brightly,
In a way that is Divine.

When I find life burdensome,      
Hope then I am in need of,
In these times when I feel low,
What picks me up is your love.

Your wisdom, Lord, I welcome.
