I am reading Two Different Books, one about schizophrenia and the other about bipolar disorder now that I am reaching the end of both books the advice sounds similar through different words. I know that both give advice on how to always stick with the meds and therapy. I know that both give advice on to keep insurance because mental health is expensive. I know that both give advice on keeping notes about when to take meds and to write in a journal everyday. Mental health is as important as physical health everyone should know that. If you don't then read a book about any mental illness you want in the nonfiction aisle because research is just as important as definitions. Knowing the meaning behind the words is just as important as knowing the symptoms.
