Woman of my dreams
Never knew existed
Until one day she visited
Dream or real I suspected

Eyes saw multiple images
Thrown off my turf with a smile
Worth a hundred million bucks
Skin smooth as silk my thoughts ran amock

Got to know her better
Honest and straight in her manner
Loving and caring in her demeanor
Proves nothing wrong in being a dreamer

Women like this
Never really exist
Said Woody Allen
Believed him blindly
Till I stumbled upon her inadvertently

Admire from afar
Or express the feelings felt for
Sleepless nights the price to pay for
Having met a person I lifelong yearned for

Subliminal her conversations
Varied interests and observations
Hours whistle past like seconds
Every second seems like an hour

Grateful for the chance to know
Fearful of what I might get to know
Allowing her inside my head
I wish I'd rather be dead

Distance a factor
Keep balance in order
Forget her sooner
My life a lot better
