My father was a Jewish carpenter
Everytime I see that quote I simmer
My thoughts and my heart open the gates
Of my eyes which brings tears
Heaven is not where you reside
Wherever you reside is heaven
On the Cross for all to see
Do you need my RSVP
Your Last supper immortalized
By a great painter
Will I be the 14th
Ill die to live to tell humanity
That I had dinner and dessert
With the son of Mary
Who taken upon himself to carry
My sins and everyone else.'s
Overwhelmed by the invitation
Even if it is a poem
It is nothing but salvation
