Cloak of navy obscures my vision,
Where in my room I sit,
Electric lamp light sparkles,
Soon to be put off ,
Wait patiently,
Try to stay awake,
For tonight the glory heavens will be illuminated,
As entrancing shooting stars dash across the sky,
Dancing as they shower,
Painting tales of wonder while they rush,
Across the skies,
To infinity........x
