butterflies
it's too bad
you can't pick
bouquets of butterflies -
that moment you get
when you look in
someone's eyes.
or maybe at a glance
when you look
into their soul -
a moment caught in time
that is out of
your control.
a moment
that makes the world stop,
feeling heaven in a kiss -
something in
the depths of you
that you never thought
you'd miss.
"well, does he give you butterflies?"
