holistically heal
The free space,
of a forest feel
Once a day,
will do the trick
Many more times,
won't hurt
Full body,
you are on the ground,
legs wrap around
Let your arms embrace
Go up in the air
Use a strong limb,
and, straddle,
with your legs,
be fair
Forward bend,
belly against this,
emotionally calm friend
Arms wrapped around
When we think,
of a tree hugger,
does understanding,
and, respecting nature,
grace the cover,
but hippies were ridiculed
Walking barefoot,
on a natural surface,
you can feel nature's
power, and drift,
good for your health,
forcing you into,
nature's wealth
Just look at Paper Birch,
and, Douglas Fir
Expressing themselves,
as nature should
Projecting health that
Is only good
