MAN'S DEEDS ARE HIS CROWN.
When you do your part, you'll feel so glad,
and you'll face your death with none to mind.
All the creatures will have such a call.
Mankind's not exempt from this rude role.

Man's supplied with such a weighty brain
which can make this loss a mighty gain.
He will work and sweat to crown his head
with what gives him life through what he's made.

Man has got the talents, each his own,
through which each can forge his worthy crown.
God would give each one what's for him best
to achieve what He'd from him request.

Pleased was Jesus when He faced His death.
Though too hard, its pain was its great wreath.
He was sure that He defeated it
as His Father's will He had fulfilled.
