From candy store to outdoor tours,
You had my back like no other.
From sharing secrets and cigs,
And Ending together in a police car.
You helped me overcome my deepest scars.

I hope you can see,
You're a mentor for me.
I'm guitar and you're my strings.
I Can ignore this world for "We".

Back and forth,
Like waves on the shore.
I'm emotional and sore.
We act like we're mature,
Feelings aren't discussed anymore.

You're just beside me, but you're still too far
We're not just friends,
Obviously something more.
I'm for sure...
