old cafés, old memories

you stare out the window

in an old café thinking,

"why am I here, we always used to come here"

 

watching the raindrops reminded you of her

and how she'd still drink it

when they didn't get her coffee order right

two cream, two sugars, one milk

yeah I still remember

and try every day to forget-
