The shore and the wave
Breaking in measured thunder
The minnows of this ichthyological metaphor'
Aphrodite on her scalloped chariot
The echoing dunes,
That kind of intoxicating insanity
Other people dreaming outside of the lines
Walking into my life
Needing someone to love them beyond reason
I breathed all of them in so deeply
Fascinated by touching eternity
The ocean's pulse
The voices of tides
Navigating the shores of the heart
Night's black spell on darkness
Caught the light, the air, the wind
Running down the edges
As we are crying the oceans, in our tears
I Am.....
