Dec 2020
That needle, that orient  light
Your sad decline
By despair of life
Its language, like a dream
The smiles resemblance of the past
Its spirit, now a fainter flow
Some dark oblivion - born to be forgot
From fame's neglected hand
Worn out -
Its vain pursuit of you.
