Haunted Heart
I've found
Myself in
This place
It's a deserted space
Such an
Unruly wilderness
I can sense
That you're here
I feel your
Presence is near
Then reality strikes
Sending a shiver
Down my spine
It's just myself
Alone in my
Haunted heart
I'd invite you in
But once you're
Wrapped within
Its walls
You won't be
Getting out
I'll hear your whispers
And feel your fingers
Clawing to escape
For years to come
I'm afraid
I must
Leave
The locks
Untouched.
