Poems
Nov 2020
canvas
by the skill
of your hand
(a gentle stitch)
my heart wrapped
itself around
you,
we became
entwined entities
of flesh and thread,
I soaked my feet
in the waters
that your eyes
bled,
become one
with your sorrow,
turning it into
art,
we healed by the drugless needle,
we healed by the broken thread,
we healed upon the canvas
of the love
