They've seen it all, the rise and fall
Stood big and tall, when tough times call
Built the cities, resurrected the walls
When the Germans ripped our cities apart they refused crawl

They stood up for more, strong with pride
When times where poor, they did not hide
They open doors and gave the youth some guide
They clutch at the last straw, as they reach the end of the ride

But do not forget them, the old generation
I thank you so much, for building my nation
As you slow down, I will stay patient
But now it's your time to take a vaccination

Leave it to me, I will do you proud
I will not disappoint you and i'll tell your tails so loud
I will let them no your legacy, I will gather the crowds
Just look over me please, when you move into the clouds
