But let me tell you bout the greatest firework display the world has ever seen
Somewhere between now an 17
I took lust love and luck
So much it bordered obscene
Wrapped it so tight into one one big ole package
All bulging at the seams
Lit that sucker and it was fu.....g amazing
My home town and about 7 counties around saw it
It wuz crazy sometimes you can still feel it
Its like deep thunder you feel it
In youre stomach as it echos off the canyon walls
Lighting fields ,saturday detention halls libraries , even my english teacher came with me
Which was so great it brought my grade up from a"F" to a "B+"
Told you I not conceited .
Uhm well I guess it really didnt help me Grammatically speaking
But She being more experienced and *** sophisticated and classy
It  wuz such a privilege to be in her class
And the evergreen state fair by the sheep stalls the ffa girl from arlington
The little sneak laying with me
And staring up at the into the twilight
Stole my heart and till this day wont let go of it
Back alleys football games garages rooftops
Trees back seats beaches attics blackberry patches
Was actually painful in alot of different ways
I wanted keep watching the display
she said she would be back
She had alot of friends and they all comforted me.
Which was nice i thought.
It hasnt burnt out completely yet
So if you ever wanna see it
Look for me in my home town
Youll know its me .....
Trust me .
look into my eyes
Then get close
It takes a minute to sink in.......
