Stress in my eyes
Stress in my head
Stress in my hands
Stress in my chest

You do not know the stress you bring
When you text me a text
Or ring me a ring

You don't understand the stress you carry
When you look at me
And say, "Don't worry."

When the pain in your life transfers to mine
The love in my heart
Is stretched and confined

I love you much, I love you so,
But the stress in my chest
Stops the love from its flow
For she who has stopped feeling my love, the love I want to give so badly, and doesn't understand why.
