When we realize

that beauty is not skin deep

That pain goes far beyond cuts and bruises

That there are other ways to see the world besides just with our eyes

That trust is the hardest thing to give and break

That" love " is not just a word, but a way to live

That in order to heal another, we must first heal

      We can finally begin to understand ourselves
