You left me lying,
    on a patch of grass,
like a cow grazing naked, dead , violated.
but in that moment,
   you freed me of fear,
        you made me strong,
needing nothing to hold myself up.
free of gravity, free of chains
In that moment you taught me to believe in "me"

ironic the lessons we learn.
