Senses
You can taste the darkness as it consumes my mind.
The intangible, but it's there, and it's not wasting time.
You can hear the whispers of the past;
The memories that will forever last.
You can feel the cracks as they start to show,
But fill them, quick! No one will ever know.
You can see the pain until now untold,
Of the love I gave to the one to which my heart
was sold.
