Lonely
In the pit of loneliness,
In the depths of despair,
You shout for understanding,
And yet still no one's there.
You cry aloud for answers.
You try to catch your breath.
Breathing in ever so softly,
Knowing this is living death.
Strength is a virtue.
Weakness can be earned.
I'm tired of being strong,
No one cares or is concerned.
I am lost. I am broken.
I do not have a home.
I
shout for understanding,
And yet still no one's there.
