The ashes
Drift from miles away
The smoke
Licks up every corner
The dust
Hides the landscape today

A
Blurry
Fuzzy
Hazy
Day
Keeps all outdoor fun at bay

Coughing
Wheezing
Sneezing
Choking
People all around.

                                              up
The number goes right
But the low light brings sight
                                                              down
Turning the streets into a maze
Caught in such a heavy haze.
