Wish
Tale
They say is as old as time
Sooner we’ll both be old enough
To figure all this rhyme.
Time
After it’s all wasted and gone
The chances you stumbled upon
You said wait — now you missed the prime.
Dream
Of bliss and pastel sky
Connected souls, I wonder why
You wander, I said goodbye.
Wish
Post meridiem, under the stars
You were my wish and you wished I was
But the stars too, have strayed, away from us.
