I struggle to last for the sake of the boy
But there's only so much I can take in
Your abuse drives me to loneliness; obscures my joy
In the hours I want to awaken.
Your alcoholic breath smells of curses and lies
You're addicted to unforgiveness.
And over-medication is of no surprise,
as the demise of us is expected.
