Why love.
As we grow older so does our heart.
It's not that we guard them from the chance of love.
Its the fear it may fall apart.
So the scars callus our heart.
Every truth unlearned, every trust clouded in discern, Every dagger piercing without concern.
Soon to be covered by the tragic scars our hearts will love no more.
