A wavy, stormy sea
You can't give me that sea
No matter how drowned, my heart is unaware
You can't give me up on it

A dark starless night
You can't enlighten me tonight
I don't know how long is left
You can't scare me of death

A cold, loveless heart
You can't put me in that heart
Wait no matter how long it takes
You can't stop me from waiting

A flaming, painful fever
You can't burn me in that fire
The sun burns no matter how much
You can't burn you much than me

A dead end street
You can't find me in that street
No matter how much I lose, it's hard to get used to
You lie enough to make me doubt you
