In the silken breeze
******* trees stand up to infinite measure
Striped with definite colors
Yellow, black, spotted like leopard fur

The birds chatter, ameliorate the air
Slight tension of docile deers
Inside the forests of fir trees
A sip of darkness as a leopard picks at its teeth

At night when flora and fauna retire
Lakes pass the quagmire
Awake and tireless as the wind
Looking for a bit of solitude

I too wish to sleep like a tender bud
Halcyon as midnight skies
Albeit, twinkling and coruscating
I am still as a reflection on a mountain brook
You will find more nature poems from my page now.
